After your session
It is essential to drink water to help your body re-adjust and remove toxins. Maintain a healthy diet and get plenty of rest.
I recommend keeping a journal of your session and experiences after. Experiences after the treatment vary; some are immediate while others a few days later. You may feel full of energy, or you may feel tired.
Awareness is your friend. Take note of your thoughts, feelings, behavior and reactions to others. Your body will start to detoxify as the energy in your body shifts and re-balances.
Many ailments arise from how we handle issues emotionally, which can manifest as physical symptoms. The release of emotional blockages may appear as flu-like symptoms. They will pass quickly and are completely normal. Sometimes symptoms can get worse before getting better. This is due to issues being brought to the surface to be released.
Reiki is a Universal Life Force Energy it is always working to heal you for your highest good.
How many treatments will I need?
I highly recommend experiencing Reiki on a regular basis. After an initial visit, I will discuss with you how often based on the session and what you want to get out of your treatments. We can set up a schedule that works for you. Once a week or once a month is a good start. As we work together to create balance in your mind, body and spirit, perhaps only once every other month. It really depends on you as you ultimately decide what is best for you!
I encourage you to receive a session every other week at first to open up and begin balancing your energy system. Weekly sessions can have a huge impact on your life.
Many people use Reiki to help maintain low blood pressure, for better sleep, as relaxation, as preventative measures, and better state of mind. When the body is balanced the mind is at ease.
